Brant

When you call us, you will most likely talk to me, Brant. I am the Managing Partner at Brilliant Solutions, Inc., and a co-founder. I started my development career 10 years ago at a medical device start up that eventually became a division of a Fortune 500 medical giant. My business partner and I formed Brilliant to help manage freelance projects that she and I were taking on in addition to our full time jobs. Over time, and a lot of positive word of mouth from our clients, Brilliant required full time hours and forced me to leave the medical giant.

My undergraduate degree is actually in Biology and Chemistry, and my computer experience did not begin until graduate school. Next thing I knew, I was thinking in terms of bytes and pixels instead of cells and elements. An underlying theme throughout my life has been athletics. I was a Division I NCAA athlete (soccer), and I have finished 3 marathons (Austin, San Diego, and Chicago). I continue to run and participate in endurance events, including a handful of local triathlons. The concept of teamwork is central in my life, and I definitely carry that perspective into my professional life. When you engage my company, we consider ourselves members of your team, not just a vendor.
